Ricci stainless featured on Shulan's website is all tradional "Dinner" size. These patterns all have beautiful serving accessories. ALSO all the patterns Shulan's shows do NOT have serrated blaeds on the knife. Serrated knives are generally a poorer quality knife: They did not stay shar p with a conventional honeing so a saw was put on the blade. While serrated blades cut thru your tomates easily they also will tend to cut thru the glaze on your china!
